Sindh, PAKISTAN – Pala Fish
Pakistani food is yummiest yet spicy food in the globe. Pakistani cuisine is the lesser known food of sub-continent and is rich in traditions full of marvelous and diverse dishes but most rare and very tasty dish of Sindh, Pakistan is Pala Machi that’s their cultural dish too PALA (fish) is a famous delicacy of Sind. The fish is cleaned and stuffed with a paste made from a variety of spices and herbs including red pepper, garlic, ginger, and dried pomegranate seeds. It is then wrapped in cloth and is buried three feet deep in hot sand under the sun. There it stays baking for four to five hours from late morning to early afternoon. Isn’t it sound so yummylicious? Everybody must try it.
MEXICO – Tacos, Quesadillas and Tortas

Mexican food has everything from very spicy, to sour, sweet, all kind of eatable meat and all variety of seafood their desserts are also delicious. About Dhosa, There is something so perfect in the combination of the crispness and nutty flavor of a dhosa, a thin large pancake made from a batter of ground rice and urad dal and the mildly spiced crushed potato and spice mixture inside that’s the masala mixture. China – Jiaozi
Chinese food is always tempting and awesome to eat. China has variety of food from stew to filings breads, steaming hot noodles, roasted duck, chicken and mushrooms with oyster sauce and their traditional dim sim. Jiaozi is the beat breakfast option it is very light and tasty. Jioazi are wrapped in a Yuanbao that’s the silver ingot shapes, deep fried filled with mince and veggies and served with spicy sesame oil. There is variety in jiaozi too if you are not so big fan of meat and you can order vegetarian Jiaozi too. So it is for everybody.
Middle East – Mandi
Mandi is the traditional dish of Middle Eastern countries. It is now very popular in the rest of the Asia Peninsula. Mandi is usually made from meat (lamb or chicken), basmati rice, and a mixture of spices. The meat used is usually a young and small sized lamb to enhance the taste further. Mostly mandi is cooked in “TANDOOR” it is special kind of oven. The tandoor is a hole dug in the ground and covered inside by clay. To cook mandi, dry wood is placed in the tandoor and burned to generate a lot of heat turning into charcoal. Then the meat is suspended inside the tandoor without touching the charcoal. After that the whole tandoor is closed without letting any of the smoke to go outside. Raisins and pine nuts can be added to the rice as per one’s taste. Mandi is also considered as the main dish.
